V+ Members Tiering

Register today with V+ Rewards and start earning a minimum Customer Value Proposition ('CVP') on fuel and in-store purchases.

Tier Level Overview

  • V+ Regular: Members can earn a minimum 'CVP' of R0.15 per litre on fuel and 0.5% on in-store purchases regardless of spend or number of visits.
  • V+ Super: Members need to achieve an above-average (4 Fuel visits) frequency in the forecourt with an average total transaction value of R750 per visit and 1 store visit for our in-store offering. It rewards increased engagement with a R0.20 'CVP' on fuel and 0.75% in-store purchases.
  • V+ Premium: Members need to achieve a frequency of 5 fuel, 4 in-store visits, and an average total transaction value of R750, including an average of R60 spent for the top 3 in-store visits out of 4 required for them to belong in this tier. It rewards increased engagement with a R0.25 'CVP' on fuel and 1.00% in-store purchases.
  • V+ Ultra *: Members need to achieve a minimum frequency of 10 fuel, 5 in-store visits and an average total transaction value of R1000 and an average of R100 spend for the top 5 in-store visits. It rewards increased engagement with a R0.30 'CVP' on fuel and 1.25% in-store purchases.
  • V+ Ultra **: Members need to maintain V+ Ultra status and total average transaction value of R1000 while maintaining a prescribed frequency between 11 - 20 visits. It rewards increased engagement with a R0.35 'CVP' on fuel and 1.50% in-store purchases.
  • V+ Ultra ***: Members need to maintain V+ Ultra status (2 stars) and a total average transaction value of R1100 while maintaining a prescribed frequency between 21 - 25 visits. It rewards increased engagement with a R0.40 'CVP' on fuel and 1.75% in-store purchases.
  • V+ Ultra ****: Members need to maintain V+ Ultra status (3 stars) and total average transaction value of R1150 while maintaining a prescribed frequency between 26 – 30 visits. It rewards increased engagement with a R0.45 'CVP' on fuel and 2.00% in-store purchases.
  • V+ Ultra *****: Members need to maintain V+ Ultra status (4 stars) and a total average transaction value of R1250 while maintaining a prescribed frequency above 30 visits. It rewards increased engagement with a R0.50 'CVP' on fuel and 2.50% in-store purchases.

Capitec customers who pay with a Capitec card will start earning at the V+ Super Tier and be awarded from the minimum R0.20 per litre and 0.75% on Select In-Store purchases.
